Can I make changes to the site myself?

Yes. Because we use Divi, making small text or image updates is very straightforward. We can show you how to handle basic edits so you don’t have to call us for every tiny change.

How do backups work?

We set up Auto Backups that run in the background. If you accidentally delete something or a technical glitch occurs, we have a "save point" ready so we can restore your site quickly.

Why is the "Custom System" hosting separate?

Custom-coded apps (like a specialized portal or a data tool) need more "muscle" than a regular website. We host these on a separate Linux server configured specifically for frameworks like Laravel. This keeps your main site fast and ensures your custom tools run reliably in the background.
